New Principal for Phillips Middle School

Rydell Harrison Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools has hired a new principal for Phillips Middle School. Rydell Harrison joins the district from Guilford County Schools, where he is currently the principal at Hairston Middle School in Greensboro.
